4.1 Registration Requirements. During registration you are required to provide accurate, current and complete information. 4.2 Single Account Rule. Each individual may hold only one registered account on x11111. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, payment methods or device identifiers — are strictly prohibited. x11111 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to withhold any bonus funds credited to such accounts.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility. Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on x11111 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. x11111 reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including where a technical error has affected the odds displayed, where a market has been suspended, or where irregular betting patterns have been detected.
6.2 Odds. Odds are expressed in the format displayed at the time a bet is placed. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds shown at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that bet. x11111 offers pre-match and live in-play markets across cricket (including PSL T20 and ICC tournaments), football, UFC, tennis and other sports.
6.3 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being abandoned or postponed beyond a specified timeframe; an error in the odds or market displayed; or a breach of these Terms by the User. Void bets are refunded to the User's account balance as cash (not as bonus funds).
6.4 Live In-Play Betting. In-play markets move quickly. x11111 accepts no responsibility for any delay between real-world events and odds updates during live betting. It is the User's responsibility to be aware of the current state of play before placing an in-play bet.
6.5 Maximum Winnings. x11111 may apply maximum single-bet and cumulative winnings limits. These limits are communicated in the relevant sport or market rules and may vary by event. x11111 reserves the right to reduce stake sizes or maximum winnings for any User or event at its discretion.
7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins and promotional offers made available by x11111 are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated for each offer. General bonus terms set out in this section apply in addition to any offer-specific terms, and in cases of conflict, the offer-specific terms take precedence.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover requirement") before they are eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games or bet types, and expiry period will be clearly stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
7.3 Minimum Deposit. Many bonus offers require a qualifying deposit of a minimum amount. Deposits made using certain payment methods may be excluded from qualifying for specific promotions — this will be stated in the offer terms where applicable.
7.4 One Bonus Per Account. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per User, household, IP address and payment method. x11111 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or cancel winnings derived from a bonus if it determines that a User has attempted to claim the same offer multiple times.
7.5 Bonus Abuse. x11111 actively monitors accounts for behaviour that suggests systematic bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets to neutralise risk, exploiting reload offers through multiple accounts, and withdrawing before genuine play has occurred. Where such behaviour is detected, x11111 reserves the right to close the account and forfeit associated balances.
7.6 VIP Loyalty Programme. x11111 operates a tiered VIP loyalty programme. Benefits — including improved cashback rates, faster withdrawal processing and personalised offers — are assigned at x11111's discretion based on account activity. VIP status may be withdrawn if account activity falls below the threshold for the relevant tier, or for any breach of these Terms.
8.1 Deposits. Deposits are typically credited to your x11111 account balance promptly after processing by the relevant payment provider. x11111 does not accept cash deposits. All funds deposited must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
8.2 Payment References. Payment method names including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced solely as examples of payment options that may be familiar to Pakistani users. These references do not constitute confirmation that such providers support online gambling transactions, nor do they imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership between x11111 and any named payment provider or financial institution. Actual available deposit and withdrawal methods are confirmed at the cashier at the time of transaction.
8.3 Withdrawals. To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through the KYC process. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes published in the cashier section. 8.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit where possible. Where this is not possible, x11111 may request documentation confirming ownership of an alternative account or method.
8.5 Withdrawal Limits. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. x11111 reserves the right to process large withdrawals in multiple instalments where operationally necessary.
8.6 Inactive Accounts. An account with no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. x11111 reserves the right to apply an administration fee to dormant account balances in accordance with the fee schedule published on the Platform. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

11.2 x11111 shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to a technical malfunction; inability to access the Platform due to maintenance or outages; errors in odds resulting from a data feed failure; or financial loss resulting from reliance on any Content displayed on the Platform.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall limit x11111's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
11.4 To the extent that x11111 is found liable to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms, the total aggregate liability of x11111 shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your x11111 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.1 Closure by the User. You may request closure of your x11111 account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be resolved and any outstanding wagering requirements attached to bonus balances will be forfeited.
12.2 Closure by x11111. x11111 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:
12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon account closure, x11111 will return any verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances, free bets and VIP points are forfeited upon closure.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which x11111 holds its applicable operating licence, as stated on the Platform at the relevant time.
In the event of any dispute between you and x11111, you agree to first attempt resolution through x11111's internal complaints procedure by contacting the support team at the address set out in Section 15. x11111 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure, it may be escalated to the relevant dispute resolution body specified under x11111's applicable licence. x11111 does not submit to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts in respect of any matter arising from your use of the Platform, and does not represent that any aspect of these Terms is governed by Pakistani law.
x11111 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, x11111 will provide reasonable notice — typically via a notice on the Platform or by email to your registered address — prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the x11111 Platform after amended Terms have been published and the notice period has elapsed constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.
